As I have been trained to offer this work via distance, in my experience, remote sessions are really as effective as an in-person session.

You can book your distance session(s) through my online booking system. One you book your session(s), you’ll receive instructions for connecting to our video call.

​

How does a distance shamanic session on Jitsi Meet video conferencing work?

​

To initiate our video call, I will email you a Jisti Meet link.  Once you click on it, we will join the video conference using your computer, mobile device, or phone.  Once connected via video, we will proceed with a brief check-in.  Here we'll discuss the issues coming up for you that you would like addressed in the healing.

We would then open sacred space and begin the session from a mutually relaxed state. You can either lie down or sit comfortably in a chair. I will then connect with an invisible team of compassionate helping spirits to begin the work.  Once the healing is complete, I will share the results and suggest some next steps.  The entire process takes 1hr 45 min.

How do I schedule shamanic sessions online?
How do I prepare for the sessions?

 

1. Arrive on time for your appointment. If you are late for the session, then it reduces the amount of time needed to do a complete healing. To maximize the healing benefits, be on time for your appointment.​

​

2. Allow enough time to arrive to your session to avoid being rushed or stressed out. It is best to arrive in a calm manner to settle in with a clear mind.  This allows you to focus on the healing you are about to receive, rather than have thoughts regarding work, school, family or other concerns. When in a relaxed state, the body can then go into a deeper rest and repair mode.

3. Arrive with an open mind and be receptive to the healing by releasing attachment to any outcome. Only then can you open yourself up to positive new energy to create healing shifts in ways you never thought possible.

4. Know that every person’s experience will be different. Some people will notice a dramatic shift soon after a session. Whereas, other people may notice a series of gradual shifts over a longer period of time as the healing unfolds. How you heal is unique to you. Honor and celebrate your personal process and progress.

​

5. Wear comfortable clothes. This will help you to relax. Tight clothing can create physical tension on the body making it harder to relax and settle into the session.

​

6. Please abstain from alcohol or recreational drugs 24 hours before your session.... and a few days after the session. These substances are hard to process and can put stress on the body, mind and spirit.  It does slow down the healing process, and unfortunately affects the results of the session.

​

7. Allow enough time for sleep and rest after your appointment. After the session, the body can enter into relaxation mode. Allow time for rest, and also going to sleep earlier the night of the session. This will help the body shift into a deeper healing mode where true cellular repair and rejuvenation can occur.

 

8. Stay well hydrated. Drink an adequate amount of water in the days following the session to help ground you.  This assists the body to flush out toxins - including physical, emotional and mental toxins as your vibration shifts into a brighter, more vibrant state.

 

9. Remain committed to your healing journey. We often live busy lives and don’t take time for self care. You may wish to include booking follow up sessions; making healthy lifestyle changes; sound nutrition choices; meditation and exercise to maintain a state of wholeness.
