For 20 years I've immersed in the fields of women's health & wellness, with more recent trainings in somatic counseling, shamanic healing and the spirit-based mystery traditions.
I have worked with women of all ages and cycles of their lives. I have also alchemized my darkest nights into a path of service.​

As an empath, I was affected like a sponge to the subtle energies within and around me. At one point I couldn't navigate urban sensory overload without my noise canceling headphones on...Sights, sounds, and merely walking through a toxic daily 'soup' of energies in public became a daunting struggle.
Why was I like this? What traumas lay unexplored beneath my triggers that I couldn't cope with daily life?
It took years to learn everything I could about shamanic energy clearing, nervous system regulation, breath awareness, trauma resolution and enforcing boundaries. Once I incorporated a blend of these practices, Life began to shift is a very profound way. It is now my passion to be able to share these gifts with you.

How we work
By Divine law, we all have a right to a true Sovereign self. When I work with clients, I connect with the animistic world of helping spirits in the non-ordinary planes for guidance and healing. We will work in spirals toward internal (body, psyche, soul) and external (oppressive structures, cultural external implications.) One suffers in the cut-off from one's indigeneity; our dissociation from the natural world, and the vast support of the unseen dimensions available to us. In essence, we address core wounds and the fragmented Self through a restorative practice of traditional, 'return to ourselves' earth-medicine.
I have also learned these ways through relationships with Indigenous elders and teachers. I honor, without claiming direct apprenticeship nor lineage, partera Rosita Maria Alvarez (Maya) – bajos, limpias, rebozo, sobadas; Duncan Grady (Blackfeet-Sulk) – Sweat lodge purification & renewal ceremony training; Jenny Rae (Sioux) - medicine drum initiation; Rosalyn Cormier – Earth based elemental rituals and women's ceremonies.
Western - Accreditations
Within the Western paradigm, I hold a university BA Bachelor of Applied Arts in Urban and Regional Planning with an award winning Honors Thesis in Eco Psychology.
The spectrum of services I offer are based in part on the contributions of Gabor Maté, Peter Levine and midwives Pam England and Whapio Diane Bartlett. In learning from these teachers, I acknowledge both their contribution to the art and science of transformation and their owing to Indigenous people who offered, often without specific community or individual recognition, much of the material upon which their work is drawn.
